How fast can you reach a refrigeration unit breakdown?

We operate mobile 24/7 across the Pomeranian region. Response time depends on the location — we reach most points in the region within 30–60 minutes of the call.

Is the service really 24/7?

Yes — refrigeration units don't pick their hours. We accept emergency calls around the clock, 7 days a week, including holidays. An on-duty technician will call back and agree on the next steps.

Which refrigeration unit brands do you cover?

We specialise in Thermo King units (including Vector and SLXi), Carrier (Vector, Maxima, Supra) and Schmitz Cargobull.

Do you repair the unit on site, at the customer's location?

Yes. Our mobile workshops carry full diagnostic equipment, original spare parts and refrigerants. Most breakdowns are fixed without needing to tow the trailer.

What area do you cover?

We operate across the Pomeranian region in northern Poland. Our base is in the Tricity area, and mobile crews cover the entire region and the main transport corridors.

Do you also service driver-cab air conditioning?

We focus on refrigeration units, refrigerated transport systems, electronics diagnostics and temperature recorders.
